Our day school services over 600 students and includes
preschool, kindergarten and grades 1-8. An extended-day
after school program is also available. The faculty
consists of 38 teachers and includes full-time instructors
of library, physical education, computer, art and music.
Extra-curricular activities available to students include
an inter-scholastic and intramural sports program, band,
children’s choir, Girl Scouts, Cub Scouts, Student
Council, newspaper staff and yearbook staff. Special
programs include junior high Spanish classes, Rainbows
for all God’s children, Junior Great Books, Battle
of the Books and Picture Lady Program.
Hundreds of parents volunteer time and energy and enrich
the curriculum through their roles on the committees
of the School Board, the Home and School Association
and the Athletic Committee. Registration for each school
year opens during the last week of January of the previous
year.
