The MISSION of the PEACE & JUSTICE MINISTRY is to help parishioners make social justice a priority of Mary, Seat of Wisdom’s commitment to the gospel of Christ. As a faith community commissioned by baptism and confirmation and nourished by eucharist, we strive to recognize the God-given dignity and unique value of every human being coupled with the rich heritage of Catholic social teachings.

II. GOAL (“end-product”…desired outcome for those to whom ministry is directed)

The GOAL of the PEACE & JUSTICE MINISTRY is for parishioners to live Christ’s two-fold commandment of love in the public arena as well as in the private, making social justice an integral part of Christian discipleship.
