Julia Center Ministry

Mission Statement

The mission of the Julia Center is to provide a readily accessible welcoming place primarily for immigrant families, to enable them to improve the quality of their lives and become productive members of American society.  The hallmark of the Julia Center is an atmosphere of loving hospitality with respect, appreciation and concern for each person.

Goals and Objectives

Mary, Seat of Wisdom has joined in the mission of the Center with monthly donations, collections of Christmas gifts for children of the center, and by supporting the Center's annual rummage sale.  The collection of goods at MSW provides money which allows the Julia Center to continue serving the educational, spiritual and physical needs of the immigrant community of West Town.

Our connection with the Julia Center has enriched the lives not only of the people of the center, but the lives of the people of Mary, Seat of Wisdom for "it is in giving that we receive."
